About Julia
Julia, founder of Lightbulb Insight, is committed to bringing the best out of people; she understands the complexities around human interaction and the importance of helping people to gain a deeper understanding of “self” in order to offer the greatest value to both themselves and others.
Julia has been involved in teaching and training for over 30 years, initially in the Corporate sector, then the private client performance coaching arena and, in 2018, she set up her business specialising in supporting staff, crew and leaders in the maritime and estate Industries.
Julia specialises in “workforce wellbeing”, facilitating Insight workshops to assist in the understanding of how people function, feel, communicate and operate in the workforce.
A gifted communicator with an inherent understanding and breadth of experience that encompasses all levels within the corporate, maritime and estates sector.
